The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time:
  • Orders are dispatched within 2-3 days.
Shipping time:
  • Shipping usually takes 13–20 business days from our offshore warehouse to your door. However, due to delays beyond our control, it may occasionally take longer. 
  • You will be provided with tracking details when your order is shipped and can track its status at any time.

GUARANTEE

  • We offer a money back guarantee on the quality of our items - if your item is faulty or doesn't meet the description, a refund is provided - see further details below.
  • We offer a delivery guarantee - if your order does not arrive within 60 days we offer a full refund and you can keep the product when it turns up. Please contact us if your order is not delivered within 60 days.

WE REFUND - if goods are faulty or do not match descriptions

  • Refunds are issued for the following cases:
    • The wrong item was received in terms of color, size, or model.
    • The item has arrived in a damaged condition.
    • The item arrived in extremely poor quality.
    • The order went missing - the estimated delivery time has expired.
  • To request a refund, please contact us (within 15 days of receiving your order) describing the issue and including supporting photos and proof of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
  • We will instruct you - via email - where to return the item.
  • Please note we can not accept any responsibility for lost returns, and recommend you obtain a tracking number for any returns you are sending back to us.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping fee, which may be reimbursed subject to the assessment of your claim. 
  • We will assess your claim, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
  • If approved, we will process your refund as a credit to your original method of payment, within 7 business days of assessment.

WE EXCHANGE - if you choose the wrong size, color or change your mind

  • To request an exchange, please contact us (within 15 days of receiving your order).
  • Please note - no exchange is offered on sale items.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
  • We will instruct you - via email - where to send the item. You are responsible for the cost of the returning the item to us.
  • Please note we can not accept any responsibility for lost returns, and recommend you obtain a tracking number for any returns you are sending back to us.
  • We are happy for you to exchange for a different item.
