We ship to anywhere in Australia.
How much does the shipping cost?
We provide free shipping Australia-wide.
The only time we charge you for shipping is when you want to exchange the product. Please refer to our shipping and returns policy for further details.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
On average our orders take 13 to 20 days to arrive but may sometimes take longer. We guarantee that if the order doesn't arrive within 60 days we will provide a full refund, and you can keep the product when it turns up. Please refer to our shipping and returns policy for further details.
Can I check the status of my delivery?
Yes - we provide tracking, so you can check where your order is, at any time.

Do I have to pay GST?
Our prices are inclusive of GST.
Are there any other taxes, duties or customs I may have to pay?
Generally no additional import costs are imposed. However, the products have to go through regular customs clearance, who may apply additional taxes or duties - usually only minimal. On the rare occasion this happens, the customer (as the recipient of the package) is responsible for paying any applicable taxes and duties.
What is PU leather?
PU (Poly) Synthetic Leather is man-made by laminating a backing fabric such as cotton, polyester or shredded leather with a 100% polyurethane (hence PU) finish and adding an artificial grain pattern to the surface to imitate the look and feel of genuine leather. Polyurethane is a very realistic imitation of genuine leather, with respect to hand, surface feel, and overall appearance. It has a shinier appearance and is not as thick as genuine leather. PU is, for the most part, waterproof and easily cleaned and maintained.
How do I clean my products?
We recommend using a damp cloth, and some mild soap as required.
How come your products have different sizes?
Different manufacturers use different sizing measurements. We calibrate their measurements to meet standard Australian sizing. We provide a link to a sizing chart for each product so you can double-check the measurements.
What if I am not happy with my product?
We offer a money back guarantee on the quality of our items. We also offer an exchange if you choose the wrong size, color or change your mind. Please refer to our shipping and returns policy for further details.
Where are your products made?
We source products from around the globe. We only use manufacturers who meet our strict selection criteria.
Why did my shoes not come in a shoe box?
Our shoes are shipped in padded bags - not in shoe boxes - which reduces the risk of attracting customs duties.Back to top ^
